Chris chose Australian Red Garlic for its robust qualities and strong flavour, and this hardneck variety seemed to be well suited to the productive Riverland soil.
Planting started in a small patch in Barmera a little over three years ago. Each year the patch has grown considerably and now in it’s third year of successful harvesting across several hectares, CJ’s Garlic is excited to be able to offer this outstanding product direct to the public.

Available from December through to March, people can purchase from 250g up to bulk lots in 5kg boxes.
